Since 1978, the Humane Society of Otter Tail County has provided a safety net of care and services to abandoned, abused, homeless, injured, lost, neglected, stray, surrendered, and unwanted animals across Otter Tail county. We give animals in need a fresh start.

HSOTC is an independent private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and is not affiliated with, nor receives funds from any national animal welfare organizations.
